Do I need a gym membership?

No. Programmes include gym movements and practical home alternatives using bodyweight, resistance bands or common household equipment.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. The Rebuild route and exercise alternatives are designed to help people begin sensibly. Members remain responsible for choosing movements appropriate to their health, experience and ability.

How often should I train?

The core programme uses three strength sessions each week, supported by optional mobility work and community check-ins.

Can I cancel?

Yes. This is a monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect in line with the terms shown at checkout and in your Shopify customer account.
